Return Policy

Please read and understand our Return Policy. Contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns about our policies.


Product Returns:

Notions: a Good Life boutique 
gladly accepts returns for unworn, unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased in store or online *within 30 days* of the purchase date. Please promptly initiate a return so your product can be returned in a timely manner. DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with a copy of your invoice. Notions is not liable for damaged or missing packages from the shipping carrier. Shipping fees for returns is at the expense of the customer.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. If you used a debit card for your purchase, your bank may require additional time to post your funds. 


Defective Merchandise: 
Notions: a Good Life boutique makes every attempt to carefully examine products as they arrive, get checked out in store, or shipped online. We understand that we will not be able to catch all product defects and support creating resolutions for defective orders.

If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately to determine if a credit can be applied to compensate for repairs or if a replacement or refund is required. All defective products must be returned to the store so we can do a product return with the manufacturer. Shipping fees for defective items is at the expense of the store and a return label will be provided.

A defect is a manufacturer flaw that is not caused by average wear and tear or improper care.
